Refund & Return Policy

At Uplifted, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please contact us at jp@liveuplifted.co within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item arrives defective, we will provide a replacement at no cost.


Order Issues

Uplifted is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
